Kenora Web Solutions is a sole proprietorship in Kenora, Ontario, owned by Jordan Spencer. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to the terms below.

Using the site

Browse freely. Don't try to break it, don't copy our content for use elsewhere, and don't use it for anything illegal. The site is provided as-is - we keep it accurate and up but make no promises about uptime.

What we do

Three services:

• See What Google Sees - a written review of your site and Google Business Profile, sent within three business days. Free, no obligation.
• One-Time Build - a custom website starting at $1,000 CAD, 50% upfront and 50% on launch. Builds usually run 2–4 weeks. Includes two rounds of revisions and 30 days of post-launch support.
• Managed Presence - month-to-month hosting, content updates, and Google Business Profile management for $395 CAD per month. Cancel any time by email; no refunds for partial months.

The 50% deposit on a build is non-refundable - it covers the planning and copywriting work we do up front. Once a build is paid in full, you own the site.

How we work

You provide content, photos, and timely approvals. We do strategy, design, and final approval; Usman (Pakistan) handles development; Temi (Nigeria) handles billing and client correspondence. All under NDA.

We respond to email within one business day. We don't guarantee specific Google rankings - anyone who does is lying. We can guarantee the work; we can't guarantee how the market responds to it.

Invoicing

We invoice through Wave. Pay by credit card or Canadian bank transfer. Invoices are due on receipt. Late payments accrue 1.5%/month after 14 days; over 30 days overdue and we may pause work until you're current. Fees are in Canadian dollars.

Showing your work

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may list you as a client and link to your live site in our portfolio.

Cancellation

You can cancel Managed Presence any time by email - takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You can cancel a build, but the 50% deposit isn't refundable.

We can end an engagement with reasonable notice. If we do, we'll refund any prepaid work we haven't done and hand off your files.

Limits

To the extent allowed by Ontario law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months, or $5,000 CAD - whichever is less. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, etc.). This doesn't apply to fraud or anything else law won't let us limit.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Ontario law. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to sort it out by direct conversation first. We're a small studio and you're presumably a small business - let's behave like neighbors.
