Kenora Web Solutions is a one-person web design studio in Kenora, Ontario, owned by Jordan Spencer. This page explains what we do with your information.

What we collect

If you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you give us - your name, email, business name, town, and whatever you write in a free-text field. If you take the recommendation quiz, we keep your answers so we can follow up sensibly.

If you visit the site, our hosting platform records standard server log data (IP, browser, pages visited). We use cookies to make the site work and to count visitors. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors interact with the site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not use Google Ads conversion pixels or any other ad-tracking pixels.

If you become a client, we also collect what's needed to do the work and bill you - agreements, project assets, and your billing details (handled by Wave).

What we do with it

We use your information to reply to you, deliver the work, send invoices, and keep you updated on your project. If you've opted in, we may also send the occasional studio update - you can unsubscribe any time.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertising networks, or send marketing emails to people who haven't asked for them.

Who else sees it

A few service providers process your information on our behalf: GoHighLevel (website and contact records, US), Wave (invoicing and payment, Canada), and Google Workspace (email and documents, US). Wave handles all card details - we never see your card number.

A small team supports the studio. Temi (assistant, based in Nigeria) helps with billing and client correspondence. Usman (developer, based in Pakistan) builds sites I design. Both are bound by confidentiality and only access what their work requires.

We share information with law enforcement only when legally required.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. Email jordan@kenorawebsolutions.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
